“Why visit Canada?” and other burning travel questions

Canada still has a little pink in her cheeks after her recent Olympic success and she’s getting ready to woo the world again when the 2010 Paralympic Games get underway in Vancouver tomorrow. And with the daffodils up and the cherry blossoms already falling who wouldn’t want to come for a sleepover?

Apparently there are dawdlers. As the good folks at WhereIveBeen.com observed in a recent blog post, Canada is “a remarkably overlooked tourist destination” despite its gifts of  ”photogenic landscapes, hockey, poutine and moose.”

They went on: ”Spanning a surface area counted as the second-largest on our planet, perhaps it’s too easy to get lost in choices–so let us do the hard work for you. We’ve gathered top experts to answer the burning questions….”

    Or book your flight to Nova Scotia and take the ferry to Newfoundland. Even more Atlantic Canada to enjoy!
